Shevonne Henry PhD is a social entrepreneur building innovative solutions to create a more inclusive society. Shevonne is the founder of Margins- Push Boundaries a registered NGO working to mitigate marginalization. She is also a former community journalist and diplomat. She holds a PhD in sociology (Leicester), a MSc in sustainable development (SOAS, London), an advanced diploma in diplomacy (Diplomatic Academy of South Africa), and a BA International Relations & Diplomacy (UNISA). Shevonne has travelled extensively in Africa and Asia studying indigenous economies and in particular the informal sector. She brings a unique blend of research and lived experience to developing solutions for the underserved.

Yolanda Clemons MBA boasts decades of experience in Information Technology (IT), driving growth and innovation within organizations. Yolanda has a proven track record of success in leading IT transformations for Fortune 500 companies and has handled multi-million dollar projects.

Charles Johnson MBA is an innovative business strategist, inventor, and global trade advocate with over two decades of experience in procurement, sourcing, and supplier diversity. He holds an MBA, a BS in Business Management, and certifications in international contracts, purchasing, and Lean Six Sigma. Charles is the inventor and patent holder of systems designed to simplify procurement and workforce development, including a Source-to-Pay platform and a Labor Resource Testing System. His work focuses on empowering small and disadvantaged businesses, promoting fair access to global markets, and fostering sustainable economic growth across sectors such as energy, construction, agriculture, and technology. Known for his collaborative leadership and passion for inclusive commerce, Charles continues to bridge innovation, strategy, and purpose to create lasting opportunities for entrepreneurs and communities worldwide.
